Payment methods

Payment methods accepted are: Cash on Delivery (only for Italy), Postepay (only for Italy), Paypal, and Credit Card (involves commissions see below), Bank Transfer (recommended).
The Calico Jack is not responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products.
The Calico Jack, in fact, at no time during the purchase procedure is able to know the number of the credit card of which, by opening a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the bank of the service provider.

  • CASH on DELIVERY
    (only for Italy)

You pay directly to the courier upon delivery of the package for purchases not exceeding EUR 199. For amounts over contact customer service for authorization.
Warning! For this method of payment is required mandatory insurance of the goods + the courier collection service fee of 8€.

    (only for Italy)

Italians in all post offices, online or in Sisal Lottery enabled.
  • PAYPAL

with Paypal account or who does not have the Paypal account directly with your credit card, without registration.

Warning! For this payment method a commission is required by the Paypal service to be paid by the customer and this commission can never be refunded (see conditions of the service on the official Paypal page).

The Commission is reported in detail in the order receipt that you find in your Account ... and also on the Paypal page added to the transport costs.

Costs and delivery times

The transport costs for Italy reported in the purchase phase are fixed up to a package of max 5kg, while for HIGHER weights and shipments abroad the costs will be communicated to you later. Calico Jack has been using MBE (Mail Boxes Etc) transport services for years, which will choose the most suitable and most functional courier of the moment in your area of belonging, to ensure the best possible service. It is also possible to use your personal courier or to collect the goods directly at our store in Muggiò (MB), communicating it when ordering, you will then be put in contact by our staff to agree on the day of collection of the goods.
