DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 2 product replacements at an additional cost.

To use Flyaway coverage, users must have associated their DJI account and remote controller with their drone using the DJI Fly app.

If this binding step is not completed before suffering a flyaway accident, Flyaway coverage cannot be used. Care Refresh insurance must be activated within 48 hours of activating the Drone by using a code that will be sent to you via email directly from us.

Please note: DJI Care Refresh products, as digital products, are non-refundable after receiving the activation code via email.

DJI Care Refresh is valid for 24 months and is not renewable.
